About

(about me)
I'm Sara, a 31 year old living in Connecticut.
I’ve always had an attraction to jewelry and an innate love of working with my hands. I started creating jewelry when I was in the 4th grade. I called my business, “The Beady Business.” I would string tiny seed beads into bracelets and knot thread into friendship bands. I would then sell these to my classmates for a quarter, and so began my love for making and selling my creations.

(my process)
Copper Drift jewelry is created by hand using sculpting epoxy resins, metal, and with the use of a rectifier that produces a current to deposit copper onto the jewelry.  I use all recycled scrap copper to help turn unwanted and discarded materials into wearable pieces of art.

(my mission)
My journey as an artist has been a natural progression of following my passions throughout life. I've been fascinated with rocks and all things natural from a young age. Many of my pieces are crystal based, but I also offer a whole collection of raw healing stones and polished crystals for home display. My mission is to bring joy, beauty, and positive energy to the wearer of my jewelry.

Thank you for supporting a small business!
